7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, or personal care products, may not be eligible for return.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
